<tr><td style="font-size: 10pt;"><div dir="ltr" style="font-size: 10pt;">
Well, its over. I honestly cannot believe it. I never thought that the end would come! Haha for about my whole mission I was really thinking that I would be staying here forever. But, like everyone told me, it does end. And it ends fast.<br />
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
It has been a hard two years, I must admit. Many of you know that I struggled pretty hard at the beginning. I may have cried like a little girl a few times haha. But it was hard to leave everything I had ever known and come to a foreign country where no one knew who I was and no one spoke my language. I suffered, I cried from pain and sorrow, I felt very alone at times. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
However, looking back on the two years, it's hard to remember how I felt in those hard times because I have also laughed so hard, cried from great amounts of joy, and have felt a love and joy that I had never felt before. Those feelings and memories over power the bad ones. I could not be more grateful for my mission. I have been able to feel the Atonement of Jesus Christ in my life and have honestly felt the healing power that it has. IT WORKS!! I have seen it change peoples lives once they choose to accept it. It does not matter the pain or sorrow that we have, Christ knows EXACTLY how we feel at all times and will help us through it. And even if we are doing all that we can do and it isn't enough, the grace of the Atonement makes up for the rest. We can't make it to the end of the Plan without Him or His sacrifice. It has been an honor to be able to serve Him as a missionary. I know that this is His work. I also know that this was His mission, I was just used as an instrument. I found that when working in the work of the Lord, you can't do anything without Him.</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
After many prayers, fasts, and experiences, I now know that it is all true. I know it for myself because I have lived it. La Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Ultimos Dias is the kingdom of God here on the earth. It is the only church that holds the divine priesthood power to do ordinances and make covenants with God. I know with all my heart that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the Church and to translate the Book of Mormon. I have been able to feel that confirmation for myself, and have been able to testify many times of it. I know that this Gospel will change and bless lives. I have become completely converted to this Gospel, which was one of my goals I had at the beginning of my mission. I am so proud and happy to say that I made it. I am finishing this thing, and it has completely changed me. I LOVE this Gospel! </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Like you told me Dad, it's hard to put how I feel into words. It is going to be so hard to say goodbye to this crazy country that I have come to love with all of my heart. I am very excited to see you all on Thursday, but at the same time a little torn to leave all that I have come to know here. But, I guess its time to move on. I must take what I have learned and put it into practice back home. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Thank you all for the love and support that you have given me over the past 2 years. I know that I would not be here finishing if it wasn't for the incredible family that I have!!</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
I love you all so much and will SEE and hug you all on Thursday! </div>

My dear family!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I would be lying if I said I don't feel weird right now. I just saw pics of Stephen, Hum, Caleb and Karson all together. Has 2 years really gone by? I can't believe it! But everyone sounds good! Lazer tag sounds like it was a blast. Loved the pics, so good to see Kaden too! They all don't look like they have changed much. At least not physically haha. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Well, this week was a good one. We have found some super positive people! They are progressing a lot and we love them!</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
One of them is named V_____M_____. V___ is a brother of a member that was baptized about 2 years ago. The member is inactive so we went to visit him to get to know him and that's how we found V___. We have taught him only a couple times, but man he is so cool. He is one of those investigators who understands what we teach him the first time we teach it. He says he would like to be baptized, but with a little more time. He has a big family that all live right there with him and only 2 of the 10 siblings are members. So we were jumping for joy when we found this family. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Another family that we found was kind of a miracle. It is the L____ family, H___ and V____, and their 2 sons, A____ and M____. H____ was baptized a long time ago but hasn't gone in many years. We found them just contacting in the street. We visited them the first time and they were so nice and were really interested. H____ works a lot so he says it will be hard for him to get to church, but V_____ committed to church in the first visit. She was unable to go, but I'm really hoping that they progress quickly!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
We have been trying so hard with L____ and her grandma, but the grandma just isn't quite sure about it all yet. Hopefully this week she says yes.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Another cool thing this week is that I was finally able to Meet the Mormons! Pretty sweet flick. The Navy football coach was cool, and the old pilot guy! And the fighter from Costa Rica. Sure is cool to be Mormon! We watched it in our church building on Saturday with some members and investigators.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Another thing I did this past week was have my last interview with Pres. Spjut. It was a really great interview and I got some great advice to help me with life after the mission. I'm still nervous for the future, but I feel confident that all will be fine. I'm well prepared with all the stuff I have gone through and learned in these past 2 years, and I'm excited to see where life takes me and the things I will be able to do. Can't wait to see you all! Miss ya all like crazy, but just 10 more days. Next week I will write a summary of my mission for you all and the things that I have learned. Although, Dad is right, it is going to be very hard to find the words to describe it.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Have a great week guys! Stay busy Mom and Dad, makes the time go faster, haha, I promise.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Hey fam. I don't really know what you mean when you say that the weeks are dragging because I feel like they are going super fast! I'm still trying to believe that I only have two full weeks left of being a missionary. Kinda sad! Nick I'm proud of ya for bearing your testimony yesterday! I bet it was awesome. I got to bear mine too, the last time in this country probably. It was good, it just feels good to be able to testify of things you know to be true. I can't even explain how grateful I am for the Atonement. The greatest thing in the world!! But Nick, it's a bummer that you sprained your hand, dude. Just tape it up really good and keep playing. ;) Hope it gets better soon!</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
So for us down here, it's been another quick, but rainy week. It has rained everyday since last wednesday so the rainy season/winter has hit. Rain really isn't a good friend to a missionary who has to be out walking all day to get to the appointments. But it is what it is. I am just really praying that my shoes hold up for me haha. <div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Well, this week was kind of a tough one for us. We worked hard, but things just haven't quite worked out the way we would have liked. We were able to visit with A__ and talk more about his situation and what is going on. So his grandma is very sick and so he and his family are having to take turns taking care of her. He just happens to be taking care of her for these next 2 months. He will be on the boarder of Guatemala all week except for wednesday and thursday and he will come back to Atiquizaya. We tried to get him to change the days, but he says he can't and has already tried. So, A___ won't be baptized for another 2 months. It's pretty disappointing for me because I was so excited for his baptism and after all of the hard work we put in to teaching him. But the good thing is that he still wants to be baptized and will in a few months. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
With L____ it has also been a struggle. We have found out this week that due to some problems in the past, L___ is actually in legal custody of her grandma. So that has changed a lot of things. Now we have to have the permission of the grandma for L____ to be baptized. We are planning with the bishop to go and talk with her to see if we can get her to give the permission. So its kind of a tough situation there as well, she probably won't be baptized this week. But we are still working at it!</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Well the time is going so fast! I'll be seeing you all super soon. Also, that Yellowstone trip sounds like a blast I'm pumped! Have a great week all of you! Love ya tons!</div>

Mama! Estoy bien!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Look at you and your spanish. So school is out? That sounds fun! No school and lots of baseball is the greatest time of year. Crazy to hear that there are so many people coming home in the next few weeks. Lots of homecomings! Well, let me tell ya about this week...</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Had some changes this week. On Thursday I got a call from President Spjut telling me that E C___ will be changing areas and that I will be getting a new companion. I guess there was an Elder who was going home so they needed to make some emergency changes in a few areas. One of the areas just happened to be us. But I guess its okay. I was a bit bummed to say goodbye to C___, but my new comp is a real good kid from New Mexico named Elder A____. #gringo! He just got done being the secretary of the baptism records. (Another reason for the changes) So we have been tearing it up and working hard together for the past few days. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Another downer of this week is that A____ was not baptized. His family has some economical problems so he has been staying and working with some family members over by the boarder of Guatemala to earn a little extra money. He is still wanting to be baptized and everything, but we are going to wait for the 13th so everything is planned out good. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
L___is doing good and is really wanting to be baptized. She is a very smart girl. As we were preparing her for her baptism interview and all that, she already knew the things we were teaching her just from going to church with her mom. It has been a little difficult for her with the decision to be baptized because the grandma doesn't want her to do it at all. But L____ really wants to be baptized and knows that its what she should do. However, we talked with the bishopric and decided that it would be better to wait for her to be baptized until her grandma is more okay with it. We are going to work hard with her this week to help her understand that L___ is ready to be baptized. Please send up some prayers for L___ so she can be baptized! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Also this past week I have had a few days where I have thought a lot of how important it is to study the scriptures, especially the BOM. I love this book! I think I love it more in spanish, too! Haha. But being able to study it and teach it to other people this past week has given me another confirmation that it is true. I love testifying to people about it because I have felt it's truth while reading it. It's hard to explain that joy you get when helping someone understand something of the gospel that you personally know to be true. But it is amazing. I hope that you all are keeping up with your daily scripture study! If not, well, repentance is real. :)</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well, I wrote a ton this week for ya mom so, you're welcome. :) I love you all so much! Have a great week and I will talk soon! </div>

Congrats Nick on going yard man, that's awesome! Brooks with the awesome catch, wish I could have seen it! And Jdawg with 14 Ks?? Pretty good week then! Happy birthday Gma Faux!! Hope she had an awesome day, the party looked fun!</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
It was a good week for us too. It is going to be a short email today because, well, I kind of spent most of my time playing basketball today against another zone haha. Sorry! But good news is that A___ F____ told us that he wants to be baptized! It is all planned for this coming saturday! We were so pumped when he told us! Ill explain more about it next week and put some pictures of it all.</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Also the daughter of a recent convert that we have been teaching will be baptized on the 3rd of June! She is super excited about it too. We have been able to find some cool new people this week and we hope that they progress quick! </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
I'm sorry I have no time today, but we will talk more next week. Know that I love you all like crazy and that I am doing well! Loving every minute that I have left of this mission. I have seen the blessings of the gospel so many times and in so many lives, it is amazing that we have it! </div>

HEY!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Great to hear from ya all again! Yes, I am still here in El Angel with Calderon. Haha! No, I said that he will kill me because I am going to go home this change, which means, I am going to die. So Elder Calderon who is my companion, will be the one who kills me. Haha! But, yes he works hard, too. So sounds like we are making a trip to St. George?! Haha yeah I'm okay with that! It will be a bit tough to get the homecoming talk ready, but I can find time on the plane ride home maybe? What will I be speaking on? Just whatever? But yeah, I would love to spend 2 days watching high school baseball! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Mom, that's awesome that you had a trip to the temple again, sounds like it was great. I have been wanting to talk to you about all that, but we can when I get home. Dad, haha no worries dude I love all the advice you give me so please keep it coming! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">This week started off great on Tuesday. We did some service with the other elders from another ward and with the sisters in our ward. It was pretty fun, we had to move a ton of wood and stack it so that they could sell it, then we swept up all of the leaves on their land and burned them all. Then we got the chance to kill three chickens to eat for lunch and I was lucky enough to be one of those who killed one. It was cool to see and learn how to prepare a chicken and pluck the feathers and all that. While we were waiting for lunch to be ready, Elder Calderon and I hit some batting practice with a stick and fallen mangos haha! That was a blast. Later on that same day, I learned how to milk a cow! I have always wanted to do it and I finally got the chance! I didn't have my camera so I couldn't take any pictures, but the members took some I think so I'll have to get them. </span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
The rest of the week went pretty fast. The whole week has been the Week of the Family so they have been doing a little devotional type thing in the church every day. We also sang in the choir yesterday at our Ward Conference. That was... fun. I'm not a big fan of singing in choirs, haha but it went well.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
A___ is doing good and is so close to saying yes to baptism. He goes to all the activities and loves it. I think he is just a little scared to do it because his parents are strong members of another church. But he is getting there. We were able to find a few new and positive people this past week. We went to go visit an inactive member and we found that he lives with his entire family all together on the same land. He says that there are like 60 people who all live right there on the same street and everytime we have gone to visit him we have found someone new to talk to. They are really nice people and for right now, they seem very interested so we will see what happens there.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
The rain has come. It rained real hard a few times, but luckily we were inside when it came so we didn't get wet. The rain makes things kind of hard for missionaries because you get soaked, or you're in a lesson under a tin roof and can't hear a word that anyone says because it's raining hard. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Well, Hey guys I gotta go, but I hope you all have a great week this week! Know that I love you all tons! </div>

So sweet to see you guys yesterday! Always a blessing to see my family. You all looked great! I agree mom, haha I don't like talking on the computer as much as in person. But just a few weeks and I will be able to hug each one of you and talk all day long! We just got the news about changes and Elder Calderon and I are staying together! I am so pumped haha I did not want another companion... :) </div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I basically told you all what has happened this week so this might be a short email. Sorry! But things are going good here and we are just on the search to find new people to teach. We have the daughter of a recent convert that will be baptized next week so that should be good and A__ is also progressing a lot. It is sad for A___ and J___ O____ because now it's a lot of work to get J___ divorced and then the two of them married. But hopefully they don't lose the desire that they have now. </span><div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
SO yeah, I'm a little nervous about coming home and facing all of those life decisions that lay ahead. But I do know that I can do it. I now know how to deal with trials and what I need to do to have the Lord constantly on my side. It is hard work, but so rewarding. I'm excited to see what happens in this next stage of my life. Dad, I will take your advice and really try to soak up all of the things I love here in these last few weeks. </div>

HEY!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
You all looked great at the temple!! The Payson temple looks super cool, I bet its incredible! Can't wait to go to it! Hahah made me laugh when I read that about Brooks saying the temple water was "Holy Water" haha he's got a good point! Mom, my haircut turned out good! Here in Atiqui I've got some hookups. The guy that cuts my hairs name is Kevin. he is super cool and loves to joke around with us! Just won't come to church haha. He's not a member. However, it is hard to beat a haircut from you Mom! Glad to hear we had a great week of baseball too! Dang, haha we did work against Timpview! That's what I like to hear. We passed a group of kids playing some baseball and I had to stop and ask if I could play haha so I did! It was so fun to play again. They were playing with this old wood bat and a real beat up softball, and no gloves. A bit dangerous haha but it was a lot of fun. Glad that everyone is doing okay!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">Such a crazy loaded week for us! We had so much to do and shockingly were able to get it all done. M_____ and N____ got married and baptized on Saturday! There were actually 4 baptisms, them two, a 17yr old girl for the sisters, and M_____'s dad. His name is J____. Monday night we went to visit them and J___ told us that he wanted to be baptized with his daughter and son-in-law. His wife was baptized a few months ago, but he didn't want to. We're not really sure what happened, but he changed a lot and was baptized with them! It was a great day. Super busy and exhausting, but great. The whole wedding thing kept us way busy all week long, so other than that, not much happened. But it was really fun to see how that family has changed. This whole past week, every time we walked into their house, they were always smiling and laughing about something. Which is very different to how it was a few weeks ago. It never ceases to amaze me the kind of changes and blessings the Gospel can bring, especially to a family. I have thought so much of that this week because there was a crazy thing that happened. A member from Manantiales, where I was at last year, was killed this past Tuesday. He was 21 yrs old and I visited his family often when I was there. He was involved in some bad stuff and it didn't turn out to good for him. We went over to see the family the next day and they have been struggling. I was able to see the two different sides of making good choices and making bad ones and how different our lives can turn out. God has given us the plan to follow, so all we need to do is follow it. </span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
Some happier news is that A___ and J___ O____ went to the wedding and baptism and really liked it! They also went to church yesterday! They are really interested in everything and are so close to saying yes to getting married and being baptized! We're aiming for the beginning of June so pray for them! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
We are also teaching a 20 yr old kid named A___. I can't remember if I have told you about him, but he is a good friend of a couple members and he has really gotten involved in the activities and stuff with the young single adults. He is a really smart kid and his parents go to a evangelical church, so he knows a lot about the bible and things like that. But he is going to the institute classes at 5am everyday and is reading the BOM so were thinking here in a little while he will be getting baptized. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
Another cool thing that happened is that an Elder that is serving in Rio Zarco now told me that my convert, J___ F___? Remember her? She is now preparing and getting close to going through the temple! Man it made me feel so good to hear that she is still going strong and is taking that next step in her spiritual progression. I'm super proud of her!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
So we are all good to talk on Sunday!! Is 6pm okay? Thats what we are planning on here. So pumped to see ya all!!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; widows: 1;">
Have an incredible week! See ya Sunday!</div>

HEY!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
Dang everyone looks old! Jants, haha that blue suit is DOPE! You looked great man, glad you had a blast at Prom. Nick! You got your braces off! You look so old and tall! Your suit is sweet too! Glad we had a good week of ball games. Bummer that it rained a bunch. Supposedly it has stopped raining here and won't rain until 21st of May. Lets hope that's true! Mom and Dad, you guys look good. SO, dad's got glasses now?? Since when?? Looks good! Love you all so much!!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">We had a real busy week! A lot has happened with our investigators. Some good stuff, and some disappointing. </span><br />
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
The O____ family has kind of lost their interest. The dad just can't drop the alcohol and the mom has never come to church, she always has some excuse not to go. The daughters and cousins went last week and said that they liked it, but they told us that they don't really have any desire to be baptized. So, we are going to still visit them but just not as much. We just don't think that their time is right now. But hopefully soon they can have a stronger desire to go and learn and be baptized.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
Good news!! We are teaching a daughter of a recent convert, M______, and her husband, N_____. They have come to church a few times before but N_____ started to drink and had a lot of problems so we didn't see him for awhile. But 2 and a half weeks ago he stopped drinking and really has had a huge change of heart. He said he had some weird dream that told him he had to stop drinking or else he would die. Now he can't wait to be baptized! Haha it's pretty cool. He and M______ will be married and baptized this coming saturday! We are super excited!! I'll take pics and send them next week.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
A___ and J___ are doing okay. They have both found work and it has really started to help them out a lot. They are such a nice family and for right now have desires to go to church, but just can't quite get there on sunday. They are really thinking about getting married and baptized, but still aren't sure. But they will do it soon!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
This week we ended up doing a lot of service. We didn't really ask for it but the opportunities just came. Which is good! We helped haul a bunch of wood for the O___ family, then we got to help build a little garden thing for some members on Saturday. That was pretty cool! We have started to focus on service to find new people to teach so lets hope those will come! We went and visited a less active family on Saturday because we had an appointment fall and we were there close. It turned out to be a great visit. The dad just had surgery and has been having some hard feelings against some of the members of the church because they haven't come to visit him. He began to tell us everything and just kind of vented to us haha. We explained to him that the members in the church aren't perfect people and make mistakes but that those members really do care. At the end, he was a totally different person and kept thanking us for visiting him. You never know who might be struggling or how people feel, so its always good to talk to them a bit! It can change a lot. I also have learned even more this week that really, our Father in Heaven has a plan that is PERFECT and sometimes we feel like things should go a different way, but the Lord knows how things should be and we must trust in him, even if we are scared to do it.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
Well, this week is gonna be a great one for us and I can't wait! I can't believe how fast the time is going. Its almost May and in 2 weeks I will be talking to you guys! </div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
Can't wait!</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
<br /></div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13.3333330154419px; widows: 1;">
Have a great week familia! Love you all! </div>

<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!!!</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I hope you are having a great day! Can you believe it's your birthday again?? Time goes fast, but you haven't aged a bit! You look fantastic, not a day over 39 haha! I'm glad that you got my letter! I'm also glad that you all had a great week this past week. Lots of ball games! Nick it sounds like you are playing great like usual! Brooks, I know you are playing great and learning lots, sometimes you have to learn by taking the loss. Jants, have fun at prom this weekend! Your first promā¦ you're growing up! Dad I forgot to tell you last week, haha, but dang, that pic of you and Steve at your wedding is pretty sweet! You guys were looking pretty darn good! Also, that is cool the the Kronmillers saw Elder Longfellow! I knew him pretty well down here, he is a great kid! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well, the rain came hard this week. We didn't get all that wet because it has usually rained at night, but it rained a lot. You would think that that would make it a little less hot, but no, now its just super humid and still hot. But I'm getting used to it!<br />
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
So, the O____ family is struggling a little bit. The dad started drinking again this last week and it has caused a lot of pain for the family, and for us. He was doing really good and had 5 days without drinking, and then some friends invited him. He wants to stop and he wants to change, but its just so hard to get away from it. We are really praying for a miracle with him, and also so that the family doesn't get too discouraged. One of the daughters went to church with us and a few of her cousins, so that went well. There was actually 7 of them that came yesterday so we were pumped for that! They really liked it and said they would like to be baptized, but we will visit them this week and see what happens. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
M_____ has been a bit difficult to find this week. We weren't able to visit him too much and he didn't come to church yesterday. He has started working so I think that's why. But we will see what we can do this week.</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Some good news is that we are teaching a family that I was teaching last year when I was in Manantiales. Their names are A___ and J____. Before they were interested, but J____ was always working so they never went to church, but they are really nice people. The other day we were walking when I saw them sitting outside their house. They moved and are now living in El Angel. We have met with them a few times this week and want to go to church and are really thinking about getting married and baptized. J____ isn'<span style="font-size: 10pt;">t working as much anymore so lets hope things work out for them. They didn't come to church yesterday, but they are progressing.</span></div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
The sisters in my district have been working real hard and are doing great. They have been making me work hard getting all of their baptism interviews done. There were 3 baptisms this past weekend and they went great. One guy's name is F____ and he has so much faith its amazing. He told me that he had gone to church for the past 3 weeks and everytime he has gone to church, someone has broken in to his house and stolen stuff. He sees it as like a temptation from Satan trying to get him not to go to church. But, haha he keeps coming and was baptized yesterday! It's cool to see a convert that really understands the imortance of going to church.</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
We went to the temple this week!! Ah man, I love the temple. It had been awhile since I had gone in. We had to get up a bit early to go, but it was worth it. It might have been my last time going to that temple. I think I might be able to go on my last day here but I'm not sure. I'll send some pictures! One of the kids in my zone is Elder H_____ from Washington. The 2013 football season, he was the running back for UCLA. Haha he is a cool kid and super funny. It has been fun to talk football with him. He is planning on going to BYU to play when he gets home. But, I'm trying to convince him to go to the U haha. Hope he goes! </div>
</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well, on to another week! I cannot believe that the time is going so fast. Can't believe there are dates set for the homecomings. I love you all so much and miss ya! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Have a great week! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I'm happy to hear that Spring Break went well for you all. Sounds like a TON of Baseball!! That's what I like to hear. Loved the pictures! Was that Brooks in the video?? If so, he looks so much older! Sounds like everyone is playing really good! Jantsen I am super proud to hear that you are being a utility player! That's the way to be, you will get so much more playing time. That's how I liked to play, I didn't care where they put me, I just wanted to play! Glad you are playing well! Haha I'm glad that you liked the pictures of the house. Yeah, it's where A____ G_____was living when she was here. No, there is no hot water, but the water actually isn't all that cold, and it feels good because its so dang hot here. I'm trying my best to put that weight room to good use. Unfortunately, no we don't have any fruit trees. But yeah, haha, I'm trying to lay off the pupusas and eat a little more healthier. But I'm still keeping track of how many I eat! I'm almost up to 600. The rain hasn't started yet, but it's coming here in about a month. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
That's cool that the missionaries will be at the ward for this month! Let me know how it goes with them! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Well, this week has been soo exhausting! I don't get why, but Atiquizaya is so hot and humid at this time of year. But I am still loving it here in El Angel. The ward here is so sweet and the members are awesome. Really, El Angel is the place to be. We are finding positive people and a lot are progressing. There are 3 companionships in the ward, my companion and I, and 4 sisters. The sisters are doing great as well and all of them have baptismal dates set for these upcoming weeks.</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
A____, V_____ and another little girl named C_____ all got baptized on saturday! The baptism went great and they were all really excited to do it. Haha they called us at least 20 times during the day to make sure everything was ready to go and to know when we were going to pick them up. I will send some pictures. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
The O____ family is doing pretty good. They live in a part of our area that is a long ways away so we usually have to take the bus and walk a ways. This family is extremely humble. There are a total of 6 that live in this little adobe house and they really don't have much at all. They were a reference from a member that we got right when I got here. The grandparents aren't very interested, but the mom and dad and 2 daughters are. They have stopped drinking coffee! We gave them a bunch of chocolate packets to make instead of coffee and they have all gone the whole week without coffee. The only problem is with the dad because he likes to drink. This past week he was almost always drunk everytime we got to their house. He really wants to get married to his wife and get baptized, but it is really hard for him to stop drinking. We are working really hard with them, especialy the dad. We know that he will stop drinking soon! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Another guy that we are teaching is M______. He is 20 years old and is also very, very humble. He lives in a tough situation. He lives with his mom who has some sicknesses that keep her from working, so its him who has to work and pay for everything. He spends a lot of time in the street hanging out with people he shouldn't, but he really wants to change his life and be better for his mom. He is a really great guy and is thinking about being baptized at the end of the month.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We had the chance to help out with a blood donation that the stake was doing, so that was pretty cool. We didn't do too much, haha, but we got to sit in on a little mtg that they had with the main people from all of the hospitals in Atiquizaya and Ahuachapan. The bishops from the wards explained a little about the church and what we do, and then gave them all a packet with a Liahona, Church DVD and stuff like that. It was pretty cool and a lot of people showed up to donate some blood! </div>

Holla @ my Fam!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Jantsen, you are right about the letters. I am not good at writing them and they take way too long so, we'll just talk in 3 months, deal? The Easter back home looks like it was great! I hope you all had fun! Everyone looks so big! Lynsie Hyer also sent some pics of Trey! That kid is so cute haha I cannot wait to meet him! I am also happy to hear you all had a great conference weekend! It was soooo goood! I'm bummed I won't get to see another one as a missionary. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
It has been such a crazy week!! We have been so busy and so much has happened. Some good news, my last day in Campestre we were able to talk with J______ and he agreed to be baptized this coming Saturday! Hopefully it all goes well. So, I have moved to my new, and final, area. You'll never guess where I amā¦ I'm back in ATIQUIZAYA! Except it's a different area. I was in Manantiales last year, but now I am in El Angel. It's literally right next to Manantiales. Ah man I am so pumped to be here, I love Atiquizaya. My companion's name is Elder C____, from Mexico. This guy is awesome and we already have gotten along so well! He is funny, and can do tons of really cool magic tricks too haha. He is also a very great missionary. He can teach super well and loves to work hard. Right now we have 2 people that will be baptized this coming saturday! They are 2 girls named A____ and V_____. They are really cool and pumped to be baptized. We also are teaching a family of six, the Familia O____, who all told us yesterday that they wanted to be baptized. The goal right now is the 25th for them, we just have to get them to church and to stop drinking coffee. They went to the temple with us on friday and loved it, so they are progressing great. There is so much potential here, haha I am so excited for these last couple months I will have here! Our house is really cool too. A bit dirty, but it's nice! I'll send pics. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
So the Temple trip was awesome! We had 7 different station & teaching areas set up around the temple that talked about different things of the Gospel like, the Plan of Salvation, Prophets, Baptism, stuff like that. Everyone started in the chapel, then we took them in groups to the different stations. It was a lot of fun and you could really see how the Spirit worked in some of these people. I'm not sure how many, but I know a lot of people accepted to be baptized right there at the temple! My comp and I talked to one guy on the bus ride home who is an investigator of the sisters in my district and he loved it and accepted our invitation to be baptized on the 24th of this month. The Temple is such a powerful place!! OH haha another crazy thing that happened at the temple was that I met a Gringo family there who was visiting the temple. They were from California. We started talking and after I introduced myself, they asked me if I knew a Greg Thorpe. Hahah I was like, well yeah he's my Dad! They freaked a little bit, but then with some more investigation, we found out that they were talking about a different Greg Thorpe who went to BYU Hawaii and is blonde. So Dad, there is another Greg Thorpe out there. It was a funny experience.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Conference!! Gosh, I love Conference so much! I learned a ton of things that really helped me out! Were you all able to find answers to your questions? I sure did! There was a lot of talking about how important the family is these days. What I have seen in the past little couple months, as a missionary, is that the church is really focusing so much on the family. It is such a crucial part in our success here on earth. We must be united as a family through the Gospel. Sure am grateful for the family that I have!! Couldn't ask for anything better!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

FAMILY!</div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
Alrighty so, my highlight of the week was obviously Friday when I got the chance to baptize a very large and good man. His name is S____. He is a super cool guy! He was an investigator of other elders in my district but they asked me to help with the baptism because, well, he is a big dude. So there was 3 of us in the font and they asked me to do the ordinance. Haha it was a pretty fun experience. I was a bit nervous to see how it would turn out, but luckily I did a couple push ups the morning before, and we prayed hard so, we were ready. </div>
<div dir="ltr" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px;">
<br /><div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Other than that not much happened this week. We went and visited A___ a couple times, once with our ward mision lider. A___ is doing good, but it sure is hard to get that kid to church. But he and his brother said that they would go to the temple trip this week so I hope that will help them. </div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
The cool family that we found last week has been hard to find. We only talked to them one more time but man, they are super cool. They also have family in Utah! And a nephew that went to Mongolia on his mission that got home last august. So they have some great potential to progress! </div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We were able to find another cool and young family this past week. The wife is a member, but the husband isn't and it is the first time the the missionaries have ever really talked with him. He is really nice and super cool. We only met with them once so we will see how things go. </div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
This coming week is going to be really busy for us. There is a ton of big things that are going on starting with changes on wednesday, then the temple trip with investigators on friday, and then Conference! It is going to be so crazy, but so fun I can't wait! This week is the Semana Santa (the Holy Week) and it is basically spring break for latin america. The Catholic church does a lot of stuff, something different everyday. So we get to see some crazy things. But Friday is the day that hardly anyone is working, that's why we are doing our temple trip. It is also the hottest week of the year so that should be fun. </div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
The new video "Because He Lives" is super cool. I love it! And it is our main focus right now. Glad you guys got to see it.</div>
<div style="color: black; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
ALSO! We do have transfers this week and I am going to leave Campestre! I'm kind of bummed, but it will be good and I'm excited to go to my next and final area. I'll let you all know next week where I'm at! I love you all so much! Have a great week!</div>

My dearest Family:) </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Great to hear that all went well down at the Snow Canyon Tourney this week! You guys are going back down this weekend?? Are you just gonna move down there then? Haha that will be fun, hope Big Nick does great! Mitch got his call?? Texas baby!!! Hey he will fit in so well down there! Man I can't believe how fast the time has gone and that he has his call. SO glad that I will be able to see him before he goes! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">It rained a little bit this past week! It was super nice because it has been so hot. We were blessed with a few cloudy days and some rain one morning. It was the first time since November. But the heat is going to come back for these next couple weeks, it sounds like, because for the first weeks of April are always the hottest and they have what they call the Semana Santa, which is basically spring break, but the Catholic religion does a ton of stuff that week. It's like their Easter, but all week long. We are excited for that first week of April because on the 3rd we are having a trip to the temple with our investigators. It's gonna be super cool. Then there is General Conference!! It will be a great week!</span><div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
So we had some good lessons with the B____ twins. We talked about baptism and why we all need to do it and we set a goal for each of them. M____ is for the 26th of April because he needs to get married, and A____ is for this next month, too. So we are really hoping and praying that they keep progressing like they are! We just have to get them to church more.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
J___ came back from San Salvador so we talked to him and had a great lesson, and he came to church yesterday. This guy could easily pass for a Pastor from some other church because he knows the bible very well and is always throwing different questions at us. But we have been able to help him out a lot with all of his doubts. He seems to have something different everytime we go to his house. He is starting to understand a lot more of how all of our teachings work like the Word of Wisdom and Baptism and stuff like that. He is a really smart guy, but what we noticed this past week is that he struggles to truly "search" the scriptures. He looks up the scripture references that are found in our pamphlets that we give him and he gets a bit confused about the verses because he doesn't read a little bit further in to understand what is going on in that part of the scriptures. It has made me see the importance of truly searching and studying the scriptures. I have learned this over my mission that you can get so much more out of what you are reading if you have questions and actually use those foot notes to search for the answers. They are all there, but sometimes it just takes a little bit more reading and searching to find them. The scriptures are such a huge help and guide for us if we just know how to use them.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We were able to see a miracle through our family contacting as well. We saw a big family sitting outside their house talking together and so we went up and started talking to them. All we said was "good afternoon" and the dad told us to come in. So we walked in and started talking to them. They are a family of 8 and they don't go to any church, which is very rare for this country. The dad has sisters that are members of the church, but he has never gone. They said that they have faith that one day they will all go to a church as a family. They gave us some watermelon and kept asking questions about us and what we do as missionaries. It was sweet to find them! Lets hope they progress! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well, I honestly can't believe how fast the time is going. They just called me and asked what airport I will be going to. Haha crazy stuff. I love you all so much and hope you have a great week! Be safe down in St. George and play hard Nick!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

FAMILIA!!<br />
AHHHH man it sounds like sunshine was so much fun!! JANTS! Haha I cannot believe you took one YARD! Super proud of ya bud! Everyone looks fantastic and it looks like there were a lot of Springville fans down there. Glad it went so good! Nick looks skinny and tall, its super weird haha. Dad, lovin the beard bro! But, are you really reppin the glasses now or are they BrooksĀ“? So weird to think that 2 years ago I was getting my call and still playing ball. Doesn't feel like 2 years! Well, I wrote lots for ya'll this week.<br />
<br />
Things went pretty good for us this week. I feel like we talked to the whole world this last week. We are working hard with this Family scene, Family contacted thing that the mission has started doing. It has made contacting in the street a lot more fun and interesting because it doesn't matter where we are or where we are headed, if we see a family we have got to talk with them. Its been working, too because we have found a few new families that we are starting to teach. One of them, the M____ family, is really positive but the mom and the dad both work everyday and are working on sundays too so its gonna be a bit of a challenge to get them to church. But anything is possible! </div>
A___B____ came to CHURCH yesterday!! He is such a cool kid. He is 22 yrs old and has a twin brother that they we have started teaching too. His parents go to another church and never have time to listen to the lesson when we are there but they are super nice and always give us food. Their entire family all lives in this little section of our area, the street there is literally called "street of the B____". The whole family is way cool but we are basically only teaching the twins, A___ and M___. These 2 are funny guys and really would fit in perfectly with my group of friends haha. My comp calls them both "Chele" which basically means "white boy" because my comp is darker than everyone so to him everyone is white. But A___ has started calling my comp "Black Eyed Peas" haha and it makes me laugh so hard every time he does, my comp laughs too. But the twins love to learn more about the church, they have just had some fear of going to church because the church is a little bit into the other side of town where its a little bit dangerous for them to go. But A____ went yesterday and they both said that they will go next week.</div>
The J___ guy that I talked about last week has been in San Salvador working all week so we haven"t been able to talk to him which is a bummer. He will get back in a couple days though, so we will go visit him again.</div>
Remember S_____? She came to church last week! I forgot to put it in my email last week. AND she is enrolled in seminary. (Yeah, still not baptized) We have been helping her a little bit with her Scripture Mastery that she has to memorize so I have been able to memorize a few too! She is slowly getting closer to baptism, but still doesn't want to do it yet.</div>
One of the 6 banana trees in froont of our house fell down from the wind and so did a big thing of bananas! So now they are hanging in our house getting ripe. We also have 2 mango trees and an avacado tree so we are living good here! Mango season is about to start and I am sooo excited. Hope im still here for that time. </div>
Things are going good down here! The days just keep flying by and I cant believe how fast it is going. One quote that I found that I really like is about baseball. "Follow through. Stopping at third base adds no more to the score than striking out." _Alexander Animator </div>
Pretty good yeah?</div>
Well I sure love you all so much! Have an incredible week this week!</div>

Gosh I love this Gospel!! (And Baseball!)</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
So glad to hear that the week went well with the first Baseball games. Loved the pics too! Jantsen! DONT CUT YOUR HAIR! I love it! I'm sorry Mom if you don't, but I can't grow mine out so I need Jdawg to do it for me:) You all sound super great! Dad that's sweet that A___ G____ is able to talk about life back here in El Salvador. She emailed me too and told me that she was going to the clinic. She says she misses the mission a lot and that now she really understands how great of joy missionary work brings. Makes me want to work even harder in these last few months I have! Mom I absolutely LOVE the picture you sent me. Man it just has so much symbolism in it and really catches the deep meaning of the amazing ATONEMENT. Isn't it the greatest thing ever?! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">Alright so, the highlight of this week would have to be that every companionship of the mission all got cell phones on friday. Yeah everyone was super excited about that. They had been talking about us getting phones for like 4 months now and it never happened, but they finally came. We have only had it for 3 days and it has been such a huge help for us! We are able to call investigators to see if they are home before we make a long walk to their house, and we can call members when we are out to see if they can come visit with us. So, we're loving the cell phone! We received them at a Multizone conference that we had on friday. That was really good and I learned a ton. It was focused a lot on the family and how when we see a family in the street, we must go out of our way to talk to them. They showed a little mormon message on families and it made me think of how much I love mine! I know all of the blessings that my family has received thanks to living this Gospel, so why wouldn't I stop and talk to every family I see so that they have the chance to accept and receive the same blessings? That's a thing that I have been working on a lot in the past week, talking to more families. We have found one so far that is pretty cool. It's a young guy and girl that have a little 1 yr old girl. We'll see how they progress!</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I have also been wondering a lot lately about how the Missionary Work is back home in our ward. I was not nearly as involved in it as I should have been before the mission, but I also didn't see the missionaries all that much in our ward. I think its like one companionship for each stake so thats probably why. Do you guys see the missionaries often? Now that I understand it all, I have realized how important it is to have the members working in the ward. Campestre has the best members ever! They are so nice to us and always want to go out and visit and get to know our investigators. It really does feel like a big family there at church and that is such a huge blessing for missionaries and for investigators. That way the investigators dont feel so awkward their first time at church and they are able to make friends easily. Man, I love this ward! We had a fun experience at church yesterday with a new investigator named J___. So, J____ is like 60 and has really studied the bible like crazy. He talked to the misionaries awhile ago and they gave him a triple so he has been studying that as well. He came to church and asked and commented so much in the Gospel Doctrine class haha it was funny. He has potential to be a good teacher in the church. He is willing to learn more and more, but he is struggling to believe that he needs to be baptized again. We have been trying to get him to understand that it must be done by someone holding the authority of God. So that's what were working on with him right now, but he is a cool guy!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I love you all so much! Have a blast this week at SUNSHINE and send me lots of pics next week please!! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Talk soon!</div>

Love my familia!!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Ya'll sound great! That is so crazy that everyone is home now. Elder Smith emailed me and told me a bit about how life is back home. Hah, I'm super scared to come home! Luckily I have some time left. I bet you all are pumped for baseball to start this week! I know I am, even though I won't see any of it haha. Dad, haha you definitely weren't a tool! You were easily one of the greatest coaches I have ever had and really, all I know about sports came from you! Things are going alright down here, let me tell ya about it!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">This week has just flown by. I know its because we have been working super hard. We have been focusing a lot more on our daily goals and not resting until we meet them each day. It has been so cool to see those small miracles unfold everyday when you are doing all you can to have that success that you want. On wednesday we found ourselves with about 15 minutes before our next appointment so we took advantage of it and started contacting all we could in the street. We touched one door and this older lady came out, looking at us a little weird. We just quickly explained who we were and asked if we could share something with her. Her face softened up and said, "well sure come on in!" Haha she is a funny lady, named Maria Teresa. But she told us that she would love to come to church and to learn more. She was unable to come yesterday, but she said she will go this next week.</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I also had the opportunity to eat Possum this past week. Cool, huh? I don't know if it was just the way that my cocinera prepared it or what but it was super good! They showed it to us the day before we ate it and it was the whole body, just skinned. Man it looked freaky. But I'm proud to say that I have eaten possum, and I like it.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So the teenage girl that we have been teaching, L____, is super cool and loves church and really wants to get baptized. But, we finally got to talk to her mom about giving her permission to be baptized and well, she straight up said no. It was the saddest lesson I have ever been in. It all started good and we were having a great conversation with L____ and a member that came with us. But her mom didn't want us to try to talk her into letting her daughter get baptized and told us to not come back. We are praying for a miracle so that L_____ can keep going to church! But we will see what happens.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Yesterday was the government elections for the city mayor. At least I think that's what it would be in english. But things can get a little crazy down here with those elections, so for safety we had to be in our houses at 6pm. So we went and visited people in the morning, then went to church, and then went home. It was super weird because it was the first sunday in almost 20 months that I had with nothing to do. We took advantage of it though and bought some food earlier in the week to cook. We made some chicken fried rice in our front yard with a member's stove and with the other 2 missionaries that live infront of us. It was fun! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So hey, I love all of ya. Miss ya all like crazy, too. But time just keeps moving forward. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Talk to ya'll next week! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">

Man I sure loved those pics!! You all look fantastic. Jants, your hair is super long. Love it. Nick looks super skinny. Are you sure your eating like usual dude? Brooks looks like the stud he always has been. Mom you look fantastic as usual, and Dad, the beard works for you! Also, those camo hats you and willy had on are super sick! Save one for me! SOunds like the St. George trip was sweet, I'm glad we played good! I'm jealous that you guys met the Mormons last week! Hahaha unfortunately, I have not seen that yet. I probably won't until I get home. But I hear it's dope!</div>

Alright, so, this week has been pretty full of changes. Elder R___ left and my new comp is Elder C____. He is from the Dominican Republic. I'll send a pic of him and me. A lot of my buds that were here in the zone all left. There were 4 of us here from my CCM group so it was a blast on Pdays, and I also had Elder L____ living right down from me so that was sweet too. But, now there are all new kids and I don't really know any of them. It's a lot different, but I guess just time to make some new friends. What's really crazy is that Elder Smith, Elder Calva, Hna Groneman and a few other kids I knew pretty well all ended their missions this past week. It will be so weird not having them here in the mission cause they have just always been here. Hna Groneman is now back in springville. Hahah that is still a bit hard for me to grasp. Hope you guys have seen pictures or something.</div>

<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Another big change that we have had this week has been with the work. We have had a few people that we were teaching turn around and be real positive. For example, a lady named A______ was one of the first I visited when I got here and was kinda positive but never came to church because her baby was always sick. We went and visited her a few days ago and she said that her son has been feeling so much better and feels really grateful with the Lord for healing him and so now wants to go to church to thank God. She also told us she is willing to prepare to be baptized on the 15th of March, so lets hope and pray that that will happen for her! We also found another young girl who has gone to church before and her mom is a member but inactive. We contacted her today with a member and she asked us how soon she could be baptized. Haha it caught me off guard a little because I haven't heard anything like that in quite some time. So we are planning hers for the 8th of March. She is a really cool girl, just has a tough life. So mom/YW President, I am gonna need some advice from you for her. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Today in church a returned missionary gave the priesthood lesson and talked about how we can't afford to do things in the church or in the Gospel half way or only a little bit here and there. It made me think back to football about how Dad, Grandpa and every other one of my coaches I have had have always told me that if you only give half effort, you get hurt. It is the same way in the Gospel. If you do things half effort, those temptations come in and you get hurt. Simple as that! Not always the easiest thing to do, but its always the best way to go. So give it your all! In whatever it is that you are doing. I've said this before but a great example of that to me is you, Dad. You are always doing everything you can and sometimes more than you need to. Whether it be with work or with your calling in the church, you are always working hard. Thanks for the awesome example Pops! </div>

<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
Man I hope you guys are just having a blast in St. George right now! Hope it's nice and warm for you all. Jealous that you guys get to see some baseball!! Hope all is going great. This morning our whole zone went up to this place called Los Ausoles. They are like these hot springs up on the mountain and this really sick resort up there where we chilled for a little bit! I am sending some pics of it all. Also of a cow head that we found on the side of the rode in our area, the difference between a US oreo and an El Salvadoran oreo. (Bigger in the states). Enjoy them!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">WE MOVED THIS WEEK!! We got ourselves a new little house right down by the lake haha its pretty sweet. The companionship that was living there had some quick changes so one left to Santa Ana and the other is in a trio with the other 2 elders we used to live with. So we were told to find a new house ASAP so we just took their's. It's small, but pretty much brand new and perfect for missionaries. It's one of 3 houses on this member's property and 4 other elders live in the other 2. So it's pretty cool! </span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
We have had a pretty great week this week. Some real cool experiences have been had! First off, thank you mucho for the letters mom and jantsen! I'll be writing you back soon! (Especially you Jdawg hahah) Great to hear from you through a letter. I also got Jeff and Janes monster of a pkg, that was awesome! They sure spoiled me with some awesome stuff that my companion and I are enjoying very much. Thank you guys!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
This week was great with our investigators. A____ and his older brother, C____, are pretty positive and both told us that they would be willing to make the changes in their lives to find more peace. It is just so hard to get them to church! They are working a lot, but we are hoping they come this week! We had some super cool lessons this week with really just feeling the spirit. One was with this guy that is an old investigator and was about to be baptized but didn't. We went to visit him with a member and the guy at first did not want to talk to us at all. But we persisted a little bit more and he let us in. We then just focused really hard on getting the spirit there. We invited it, and then talked about how it works and how he has felt it before in his life. You could really feel it when the spirit filled the room. The guy opened up to us and started telling us about how he would like to make changes and wants to be happier. It was such a cool thing to see happen. He has been hard to find since, but I'll let you guys know what happens with him.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
So we have changes this week! Elder Rietveld is chuckin' a duece and I will be receiving a new comp on wednesday. So I'll tell ya next week who it is! I'm sorry I'm not writing too much this week, but I'll tell all about changes next week! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
I love you Family!! This church is TRUE and I hope you guys are striving each and every day to feel the spirit! It is the guide that we all need in our lives, so invite him in!</div>

Hey Guys!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Dad, I hope you had a great time in Arizona, sounds like you did! It had to have been fun with the group you went with! Yeah that is my question though, haha how did you get invited? But I bet you learned a lot! That's crazy that baseball tryouts are coming up. That tourney in St George should be fun! Elder Laing and I will be thinking of it this week! Hope things keep going good for everyone! Yes, that was a scorpion that we found in our house. :) But that was back when it was really dirty so now its clean and good! Sounds like you were able to hear some pretty great Homecoming talks yesterday. That's awesome! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">So we are about to start the 6th and final week of this change. I feel like we were just starting it like a week ago and now it's over again. This was a good week for us! I personally learned a lot of different things that I could do to better my teaching and have put them into practice this week. It's been fun how much of a difference it has made. We are teaching this A___ B____ kid. I think I told you about him last week? He is like 24 and is a cool guy. We were able to have some great lessons with him and we have put a goal for him to be baptized at the end of this month! The only thing that is a little hard for him right now is that he works a lot so it's a bit tough to get him to church. But he's progressing pretty well. Mom, I've got some bad news. L____ was really positive for us and we had great hopes for her, but she told us this week that she had some dream that told her to go to the Evangelical church. Dumb right? We nicely tried to tell her that that wasn't a dream from God, but she is pretty set on it. Hopefully we can get back to talk to her soon. Also, we have kind of dropped E_____. She just doesn't want it. She won't even come to church now. We think it's because her grandma is Catholic and she has a big influence on her. But, sometime in the future will be her time. </span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We had our house inspection with Pres Spjut on friday and it all went great! We cleaned the house really good and Hna Spjut said it looked good. We also had interviews with Pres. Spjut which was great as well, it helped me out a ton. So now the trick is to see if we can keep the house the way it is right now. Elder B___ came to work with us for a day. I don't know if you guys remember him? He was with me in Atiquizaya like 7 or 8 months ago. It was so much fun to be with him again. We get along so well and it had been a long time since we had really seen each other. He is a super funny kid, and a great teacher! I learned lots from him as well. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We had an awesome Stake Conference this saturday and sunday as well. I am back in the stake of Atiquizaya so that has been cool. The really crazy thing is that they just released the stake president and the new one they called was the bishop in my ward in Atiquizaya. Crazy, right? That was pretty cool. But in the conference they talked so much about how important it is to have the whole ward working together and how it needs to be a tight family. It is most important for the kids so that they grow up learning great things and making good decisions. I hope you all are doing your part in the new 16th ward back home! You never know who could be watching you and who could be following your example. I also read this article from Elder Bednar in the January Liahona that talks about how Social Media is such a huge thing right now and how everyone, especially the youth,(Jantsen, Nick and Brooks) should use it "to sweep the earth with messages filled with righteousness and truth". Keep spreading the good word dudes! Proud of you boys. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well Fam, I hope you all have a fantastic week this week. Before we know it we will be back here writing again! I just got a letter from home today, and rumor has it that Jeff and Janes pkg is waiting for me in the office, so I should get it this week! Love you all tons!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

Yes mom, it is definitely the email that I am waiting for each week! Love hearing from you all. Man, another week is gone. They pass like days now! Its crazy. I read just a bit of Jareds letter but he sounds like he is doing great up there in London! I bet its pretty cool up at the MTC. How long will he be there?? Yeah mom, makes me super happy that you are putting your all into your calling! Its the Lord blessing you with 30 daughters to love! Haha the daughters that you never had haha! Yeah we have been cleaning the house real good. Or at least trying to. President comes at the end of this week to check it so it will be interesting to see how it goes. Good news! We figured out the problem with the water. SO we can turn it on, but theres a leak so we can't keep it on. So now we turn it on in the morning to shower and then turn it off after. It's kind of a pain, but better than outside. Yeah Elder Smith is out of here in 2 weeks. So crazy! I'm not sure when his homecoming is, but I'll let ya know! No I haven't gotten the package from Jane yet, but hopefully it comes this week! I got a few christmas cards this week from the Sumsions, Hyers, and Steve and Catrina and Carolines family! Everyone looks great! Hyers sent me a gift card but someone got into it and stole the card. Not sure how they did it but, it was gone when I opened it up. But tell them thank you! </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Dad I'm happy to hear that you had a great Bday! Sounds like a lot of fun. That's sweet that my letter got to ya on the 27th! Lucky you! And yes, "Va pue salud" Is an El Salvador original so I'll teach it to you all when I get home. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
Well its been a pretty alright week so far. We have found some pretty cool new people this week! One kid were teaching is A___ B___ He's 22 and seems very positive, but we see if he comes to church this sunday. We also found a mom and her 2 kids, ones 17 and ones 15. They are a funny family, and have lots of questions about the church so they have some great potential to progress. We're hoping and praying that they do! <div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Today was a long day. We walked out to a very far part of our area, but we had to go as a threesome with one of the other elders that lives in the house with us because his comp is sick and can't leave the house. So he stayed with a member and the other came out to work with us. It was a pretty good day. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
We contacted an entire pupusaria tonight and ended up finding a new family of 6 so we will see how they progress! They invited us for pupusas so we were able to talk to them a little bit more. They are a very cool family and super nice, but just not all that interested in the Gospel. They are more interested in hearing us talk english and tell them about what things are like in the USA. Which is cool and fun to do, but haha it has gotten a little old in the past couple days. When you are in a country like El Salvador and you and your companion are both gringos, a lot of people are willing to talk to you. Or they just stare at you really weird as you walk down the street. We have gotten both of those everyday for the past 4 weeks. So it helps us out in finding people to talk to, but is a little harder to get them more interested in the gospel instead of how we look and having us speak in english. I have been shaking things up a bit and have been telling people that I am from Argentina and up till now there are still a few members that think that thats where I am from. Its hard for people to believe that someone with darker hair and eyes is from the States. They all think it should just be blond hair and blue eyes. </div>

<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Well I gotta head. Nah Dad, I'm good! My stuff is holding up, and I'm still wearing down those shoes. Mom you dont need to worry about sending me a pckage! Its lots of money and I really dont need anything. Save the money for a date with Dad or something. :) Love you all like crazy, and miss ya tons! Talk soon!</div>

Hey Familia mia!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
The weeks are just flying by. And you all sound better and better every week! Mom, I honestly can see how your calling is consecrating you to the things of the Lord. You are really losing yourself in it and I have seen a difference in your emails! Thats awesome to see! Thank you so much for the advice for E______. We are going to try that tonight! We are going to have a fun FHE with her and her family tonight so thank you! Obviously I should have asked the YW Pres about my 15 yr old investigator. She is really timid and shy, but is kind of starting to open up a bit more to us. We have a ton of YW in the ward that are always hanging out with her and really, I don't get why she hasn't been baptized yet! But we'll see what happens this week!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
It kind of depends on the person about the temple, but most of them are always excited to go when they have their monthly ward temple trip. That is one thing that we are trying hard to do as missionaries is to give all of the members and investigators the vision of going to the temple and being sealed as a family or to do baptisms. It's tough for the kids to go often because its far away and they can't go alone because of the way the country is and how dangerous it is in the Capital. It's such a blessing to live in Utah where there are at least 4 within driving range! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
DAD! HBD big guy! Dude have a great day maƱana! Sounds like you and mom are gonna have a blast. Eat something good for me!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
This week has been an interesting one for us. A lot of our positive investigators that were progressing started school or started working so it has been really hard to find time to teach them and for them to come to church. So that has been pretty frustrating for us. However, we have found a couple new people this week that are looking pretty promising. <div style="font-size: 10pt;">
One new one that we found is named L____. I knew you'd like that, Mom. She is super cool! She just turned 20 this past week and has a 4 year old daughter. She is good friends with a few members so we have been able to teach her at their house and we have had some great lessons. She lives with her Mother-in-law and she is super catholic so that's the problem she is dealing with right now. Her husband was baptized when he was younger but he doesn't go to church now. She is smart and understands the lessons so we're pumped to see what happens with her. </div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
Elder R and I are getting along great. He is such a funny kid and we are always laughing at something. It is so much fun to be comps with a gringo. Little by little we have been cleaning parts of the house so it doesn't look so bad. President is coming around the mission to check the houses so we have to clean it really good. Mom, I now am understanding how stressful and annoying it must have been, and still is, to have to clean up after 5 boys. We can make a big mess! It's tough to keep the house clean, but we're trying to get better at it.</div>
<div style="font-size: 10pt;">
<span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></div>
</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Well have a great week guys. I love ya all and miss ya tons! I'm sorry, I can't send pictures. The computer is not letting me for some reason. But I'll send a bunch next week hopefully! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Love you all! Va pue salud!</div>

Hey que tal familia?! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I'm glad you all like the pics I sent last week, haha Dad, you said exactly what I have been thinking the past 2 weeks. As long as it doesn't kill me I will be fine. I'm ready to take on whatever could possibly come at me in the next 5 months, haha bring it on! Mom thank you a lot for your little thought on teaching with the spirit. It's something that I always knew, but also a necessary reminder. I'm gonna focus on that this week and rely more on the spirit! Happy to hear everyone has gotten great grades this last term! Brooks good luck with those contacts man! Sheez, I hope you don't pass out anymore! No, I'm not using those sweaters anymore, its dang hot where I'm at now. The rain has stopped and won't start again until may so that's nice, I'll only have to suffer the rain for like a month. Well, let me tell ya a little about the week I had this week...</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">This week has been pretty good so far. We had a cool little FHE with a recent convert family monday night, and a good Zone Mtg today. The mission is doing this competition type thing. Every 2 zones are a team. So its us (Turin) and Ahuachapan. We have to get at least 19 baptisms as a zone and Ahuacha has to get at least 24. But the point is that together, we have to reach 43. The 2 zones that reach their goals together, get to have some cool activity with P Spjut and stuff like that. So we had a big Zone mtg on trying to get everyone pumped to baptize 43 ppl. It was great. We found an awesome lady later in the day that is way positive. We taught all of Lesson 1 and the spirit was super strong. She said she has been trying to figure out what church to go to for a long time but has never figured out which one is true. Gotta love it when someone says that in the first visit. She is pretty interested, but has to work every sunday and says its hard to get time off. That was a spirit, hope, and dream killer. But hopefully God works a miracle for us and her.</span><br />
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Today was Friday. Man, I don't know where the time/days went this week. We have worked super hard this week and I'm just exhausted. We went and taught E____ today, a girl that is super close to being baptized. I have tried just about everything with her and she still won't agree to be baptized. Her mom is a member, she goes to all of the activities of the ward and YW, and she goes to church every sunday. She is 14 and just won't agree to do it. I don't understand what she is waiting for. But other than that things are going good. People here are cool and nice and many are willing to talk to us. A lot different than Apaneca!</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Today was sunday, it was good. Still trying to adjust to the 2 to 5 church time, its kind of hard because you can get super tired once 3:30 or 4 hits. It was kind of a rough day, we talked to a lot of people but not many really wanted to talk to us. However, I did have a cool realization. I have been reading this temple book that my comp has and it is real interesting. One part was talking a lot about Agency and the importance of it in the Plan. I was able to see two people use their agency in different ways today. We passed one house that we had visited once before, non-members, and we just waved and kept walking. Then a daughter came running down the street after us and told us to come back to her house. We went back and walked in and they were making pupusas so they invited us to eat. It was a little weird because we didnt really know them, but they were very nice and used their agency to show love and kindness, and they opened up more to our message. Later that night, we found one guy who let us come in and teach him, but he refused to accept anything that we were teaching and just wanted to argue the whole time, which just made everyone kind of mad. It has made me think of how important it is to use our agency correctly and make those right decisions because they can affect a lot more people than we think. That's the goal I have put for myself, to use my agency to have a positive attitude and to try to bring happiness into wherever we are. It doesn't work all the time, haha and its hard to do, but you can see a difference when you really try.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
We also found a kid in the street today walking his pet iguana. Yes, WALKING it. So we had to stop and take a pic with it. I'll send it to you all. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I'm excited to hear all of the Baseball tourneys that you guys are planning. SO crazy to think that I will be home to go to some of them! Hope you all keep working hard this week and have a good one! Dad, you're getting old, dude. Love you all so much! Talk soon! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">

Alright so it was so sweet to see all of those pics! The broken backboard was sweet, and it completely made sense when I saw that it was adam rodriguez. Jants, you can dunk dude??? No way...! Hahah im proud! Everyone looks so good and sounds great too! Yeah Elder Nelson and Elder Spach are comps now, we were way good friends in the MTC so I was happy when they told me they were comps! Mom that is an awesome idea about the REST thing! I love it, and yes it would be very useful out on the mission! Alright so I'll tell ya how changes went.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; text-align: start;">Today is Friday, and it has been a crazy week. I'm just tired. Yeah changes went good, my new comp is a stud! His name is Elder Rietveld from Murray, Utah. #GRINGO! He just finished his training so we are still working on the spanish, but he is a great kid. My new area is called Campestre, in the Zone Turin. Turin is right inbetween Atiquizaya and Ahuachapan, so I didn't go too far and I know my way around, but it has still been a big change for me. It's weird to be back in the heat. But I really am liking the area and we have a lot of potential. I know I say that a lot and nothing happens haha, but this time something will. They say that the ward has been increasing a lot in the past month so I hope we can keep that up. We live with 2 other Elders. The house is big, but super dirty and nasty. Maybe its because I just came from the nicest house in the mission, but it's still bad. We don't have running water so I have become very grateful for that. I shower in our outdoor little area, with a bucket of cold water. I'm really having the El Salvadoran experience. I'll send a picture of that. The area is really big, 6 missionaries share the area and are of the same ward. I'm excited to see how much we can do here.</span></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Today was sunday and it was a bit weird. Our church starts at 2pm so that was really different for me. I have never gone to church at that time so it was interesting. The ward is awesome and we had an attendance of 145 ppl today which is one of the biggest wards in the mission. I guess lately the attendance has just been going up and up. Today was the most they have had in a long time. A bit different than the 50 en Apaneca. We have 2 girls we are teaching that are very positive and hopefully they will have a baptismal date this week.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Yesterday was a good day. I felt great and I guess the spirit was extra strong or something because everything was rolling good with our teaching. We had one lesson with one of our positive investigators and we were trying so hard to get her to accept to be baptized on the 18th of this month. This has happened a few times on my mission, but I really noticed it yesterday. It really takes it out of you when you are putting all you've got into the lesson and trying so hard to follow the spirit and figure out what it is that this person needs. I left the lesson completely drained. She didn't say yes to the date, but she is very close. Haha its cool to be a missionary.</div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I have started reading El Libro de Mormon again and man, that book is TRUE! Its funny how fast you can get yourself interested in what each chapter is saying, even if you have read it many times before. Hope all of you are keeping up on your scripture study! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
Dad thank you so much for the email this week. It was something that I really needed to hear and has really helped me out this week. </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
I love you all! Have a great week this week, talk to ya all soon! </div>
<div style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">
